Black screen after launching of the app.... Where is the update?

Amazing game some little bugs but there working on it. Support is bad since it doesnt work. Their ticket website wont let you send tickets to them to get your problems solved. There other game flutter is also amazing both games very adictive

The game has beautiful sounds, music, and graphics. However, it is not nearly as developed as "Flutter Butterfly Sanctuary". I hope that in an update will add a shop to send my accumulated coins on rare ingredients I havent received yet.

This is a great game aesthetically and the game play isnt too bad, I would like more options to get corals or a way to upgrade them maybe. The turtles speech bubble isnt visible for long enough so I have to rush to read it and half the time only get the first few words. The connection error and the game maintenance is annoying, especially since game maintenance should essentially be part of an app upgrade. And there should be something directly on the screen that shows you how much food you have, its a nuisance to have to go into the menu, check the food and then back out of the menu and try to remember how much you have of each. Also, there should be an option to purchase more ingredients (without using splash cash which not everyone can afford) to make the fish because I feel like if I run out of a certain ingredient and Im out of fish that produce it, I will no longer be able to get that specific fish anymore. Also, why are my butterfly fish giving out jellyfish things?? Im not going to be able to finish my butterfly fish set off because I have one butterfly fish and its giving me jellyfish bubbles instead of butterfly fish..... But do enjoy this game tremendously.

Game started slow once more sets open up there more to do. I would like to see an option to be able to change where you use your keys if and when you have more option as to where key can be place eg: I used a key to open a new set but also could have used one key to expand. I could not cancel to one key when I decide I wanted to use the key to expand an option is not given to do this.

If you like Flutter, you will love Splash! Its just as cute, fun and informative about marine life as Flutter is about butterflies. Highly recommended!

Connection to server is frequently an issue and getting sporadic sound quality, which is why the 4 star rating instead of a 5.

Great game concept. However after I installed the last update I cant feed my fish. Hmmm.

I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE the new changes you made to the game. I have food in my inventory that I can no longer use. I HATE having to drag the fish to the pods to be feed. I HATE that you no longer see the time spans by holding a finger on the screen. I HATE that that turtle no longer tells you interesting little tidbits of information. Im truly considering deleting the game because of the "improvements" you made to it. P.S. I loved this game before the changes, and gave it a five star rating..... Not anymore!

I love this game but why the 2 stars? Ever since I got the last update, every time I press on splash, I have a black screen in my face.

I love this game but with the new update the missions arent clear. I am stuck so adding more explanations on how to do things would be nice.

I would have given this game a high rating as I had been enjoying it... But, now there is only a black screen when I try to open it. I cant even access settings or to go through the proper contact channels. I hope this is just a temporary glitch?

Unfortunately will not open on my phone after new update on Dec 18 update. Have an iPhone 4- does it not work with this phone? Have the correct iOS update.

This game is so addicting! I love it! Great job! Its all so cute! ❤️ 5 stars! Also can you guys make one about forests please? Like collecting types of birds, wolves, squirrels..(ect.)? That would be so amazing! Can you guys at least think about it?
